Salad dressings

Salad dressings are super easy to throw together and are a great source of healthy fats and can be packed with essential vitamins. A good quality dressing not only provides essential fatty acids that we need to consume in the diet but also can make vitamins more digestible and can even lower the glycemic index of a meal. Throw away the ultra-processed dressing that is full of potentially harmful ingredients such as vegetable gums, vegetable extracts, preservatives and flavorings and make these simple and delicious versions instead. Add fresh herbs and nuts and seeds to your salad for extra taste and texture plus essential micro-nutrients.
