Wholegrain muesli with peach, blackberries and natural yoghurt

This is a great well-balanced breakfast. Using high fiber wholegrain oats, fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt its a great start to the day

  • 30 g of rolled oats

  • 1/2 peach

  • 75 g of blackberries

  • 10 g walnuts

  • 1 sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds

  • 3 tbsp of low fat unsweetened natural yoghurt
